With the mouse pointer over the link, press the mouse's right button instead of the left button (the one you normally use). You'll see a menu come up. Choose the menu item you want, and then click the mouse (right or left will do) again to select it.
On a Mac, which has no right button, you do the equivalent by holding down the control key while you click the mouse button.
