very useful feature in a rear-projection TV is automatic convergence,
which saves you the trouble of bringing up the convergence grid on the screen
and twiddling with the adjustment manually.
If
you get an HDTV with an HD tuner built-in, the HD tuner may be a useless feature
if your HDTV will come from satellite, as the DSS provider (e.g., DirecTV) may
require that the HD tuner be in the set-top-box. Check this out carefully before
you pay extra for an HDTV with its own tuner.
